本文用电镜观察了21例无症状HBsAg携带者(ASC)的肝穿活检标本。结果表明,无论光镜下有无病变,ASC的肝组织在电镜下均有不同程度的循环障碍。作者认为,对ASC给于改善微循环的治疗和咨询是适宜的。
In this paper, electron microscopy of 21 cases of asymptomatic HBsAg carriers (ASC) of liver biopsy specimens. The results showed that, regardless of the light microscope with or without lesions, ASC liver tissue under electron microscope have different degrees of circulatory disturbance. The authors believe that the ASC for the treatment of microcirculation and counseling is appropriate.
