目的: 研究机械心瓣膜患者脑动脉微栓子信号(M ES) 的数量及相对强度与凝血活性的相关性。方法:采用双门深经颅多普勒 (TCD) 检测机械心瓣膜患者脑动脉 M ES, 同时检测患者凝血酶原时间国际通用比值(INR), 观察M ES 数量及相对强度与 INR 的相关性。结果: M ES阳性发现率861% (31/36), M ES出现频率 0~384 (中位数39) 个/h, M ES平均相对强度 14~31 (2455±433) dB。INR 127~318 (199±053)。M ES数量及相对强度与 INR 无相关性。结论: 机械心瓣膜患者脑动脉M ES与凝血活性无关, 提示微栓子物质不是血栓性的
Objective: To study the correlation between the number and relative intensity of cerebral arterial micro-emboli signal (M ES) and coagulation activity in patients with mechanical heart valve. Methods: MES was detected by double-door deep transcranial Doppler (TCD) in patients with mechanical heart valves. The international ratio of prothrombin time (INR) was also measured. The correlation between the number of MES and the relative intensity of INR was observed . Results: The positive detection rate of M ES was 861% (31/36), M ES frequency was 0 ~ 384 (median 39) / h, M ES average relative intensity was 14-31 (2455 ± 4.33 ) DB. INR 127 ~ 318 (199 ± 053). M ES number and relative intensity and no correlation with INR. CONCLUSIONS: The M ES of cerebral arteries in patients with mechanical heart valves has nothing to do with coagulation activity suggesting that micro-embolic material is not thrombotic
