一、最佳套切复合模具的特点保持器使用单模下料时,一般钢材利用率仅15~17%。最佳套切复合模具就是通过轴承的各种规格尺寸经统一计算和排列,用以求得保持器的最佳套切数据,即:使切除余量为最小、或使各毛坯之间切除余量等于零的一种模具。我厂设计了单列向心球轴承型号为305、306双切复合模具和轴承型号为208、207、206多切复合模具,均已用于生产。采用最佳套切复合模具,钢材利用率由原来单切下料时的30%提高到46%。这种模具并附有自行退料机构,使用方便。
