近年来,计算机越来越多地应用于药剂管理中,各种药库管理系统、药房划价系统、临床用药咨询系统的软件相继研制出来,特别是北京、大连、南京等一些大的医院或科研单位开发出了一些“药库←→计算机中心←→药房”的网络软件。这是药品由传统的金额管理向量化管理转变的必要手段。从目前各软件应用情况看,有些是成功的,有些还存在不少问题,除软件设计本身的问题外,药品编码不实用,也是影响软件推广应用的一大障碍。
