目的建立适用于中毒事件的有机磷农药的快速定性与半定量检测方法。方法在优化实验条件的基础上,样品用二氯甲烷超声萃取,有机磷农药在碱性条件下与4-(4-硝基苄基)吡啶反应,生成紫色化合物,550nm波长下用分光光度法测定含量。结果样品中毒死蜱的最低检出浓度为0.6mg/kg,回收率为85.8%~92.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.5%~8.7%。有机磷类农药均能与4-(4-硝基苄基)吡啶发生显色反应,而氨基甲酸酯类、拟除虫菊酯类、有机氯农药对测定无干扰。结论该方法快速、操作简便,可用于中毒事件中有机磷农药总量的快速定性与半定量检测。
Objective To establish a rapid qualitative and semi-quantitative detection method for organophosphorus pesticides suitable for poisoning. Methods Based on the optimized experimental conditions, the samples were extracted with dichloromethane and the organophosphorus pesticides reacted with 4- (4-nitrobenzyl) pyridine under basic conditions to form purple compounds.
