本文介绍某选矿厂矿浆浓度、粒度、酸碱度、粘度与硫离子浓度微机监测系统。该系统利用一台 TP801单板机和一块 ADA1612模数转换板对各参数进行巡回检测、数字滤波及线性校正。在不增加外接硬件电路的情况下,利用软件开关,使单板机上的 LED 显示器具有实时时钟显示与各参数显示的双重功能,对上述五种参数可进行定时顺序显示或随机显示。此外,该系统还配有 DP824打印机,可实现定时打印或随机打印实时时间及各参数。定时打印间隔时间可通过 DIP 开关提供四种选择。该系统硬件结构简单,软件有一定的通用性,可推广移植到其它工业生产的数据监测系统.
This paper introduces a mineral processing plant pulp concentration, particle size, pH, viscosity and sulfur concentration computer monitoring system. The system uses a TP801 single board machine and an ADA1612 analog to digital conversion board to conduct testing of the parameters, digital filtering and linear correction. Without adding external hardware circuit case, the use of software switches, so that the single-board LED display with real-time clock display and display of the dual parameters of the dual functions of the above five parameters can be displayed in a time sequence or random display. In addition, the system is also equipped with DP824 printer, which can print time or random print real-time time and the parameters. Timing print interval can be DIP switch provides four options.
