各位代表:我代表省人民政府,向大会作关于吉林省第七个五年计划的报告,请予审议。我省国民经济和社会发展第七个五年计划的编制工作,是从一九八三年着手进行的。三年多来,省政府组织各地区、各部门做了大量调查研究、测算论证、综合平衡和衔接协商,制定出行业和专业发展规划。中共中央提出关于“七五”计划的建议后,拟定了我省“七五”计划纲要。在六届全国人大四次会议之后,根据赵紫阳总理《关于第七个五年计划的报告》精神和国家“七五”计划的要求,编制了我省“七五”计划(草案),广泛征求了各方
Distinguished Delegates: On behalf of the Provincial People’s Government, I give the General Assembly a report on the Seventh Five-Year Plan of Jilin Province for consideration. The formulation of the Seventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development in our province started in 1983. Over the past three years, the provincial government has organized a large number of investigations and studies conducted by various regions and departments and made calculations and demonstrations on the basis of comprehensive balance and consultation and formulating industrial and professional development plans.
