用盐碱法将天然斜发沸石改型成为TNZ—Y(Treated Natural Zeolite—Y)型沸石,经过不同的阳离子交换使之改性后,得到HZBF及MeZBF(Me代表碱、碱土、过渡和稀土金属,ZBF为沸石代号)催化剂。本文报道了它们的阈值规律、活性顺序、异丙苯临氢裂解催化活性与表面酸度的关系以及影响其催化活性的因素,实验结果表明,HZBF与MeZBF的催化活性规律同相应的合成Y型沸石催化剂极为类似,为开辟其用途提供了基础数据与理论依据。
The natural clinoptilolite transformed into zeolite TNZ-Y (Treated Natural Zeolite-Y) by the salting-out method was modified by different cation exchange to obtain HZBF and MeZBF (Me stands for alkali, alkaline earth, transition and rare earth Metal, ZBF zeolite code) catalyst. In this paper, their threshold rules, the order of activity, the relationship between the hydrocracking catalytic activity of cumene and the surface acidity and the factors affecting its catalytic activity are reported. The experimental results show that the catalytic activity of HZBF and MeZBF is similar to that of the corresponding synthesized Y zeolite The catalyst is very similar, providing the basic data and theoretical basis for opening up its use.
