教师工作满意度是教师对于自身工作的一种主观价值判断,取决于教师工作中的实际所得与他们的期望所得之间的差距。幼儿园教师工作满意度的高低不仅直接影响着幼儿园教师教学工作的态度、积极性和品质,还会影响幼儿园教师的职业承诺与职业倦怠。为了解武汉市幼儿园教师的工作满意度现状,本研究采用“幼儿教师工作满意度问卷”对该市189名幼儿教师工作满意度展开了调查。结果显示:幼儿教师工作满意度总体处于一般水平,其中薪酬待遇满意度较低,工作环境满意度较高;性别、年龄、职称上,幼儿教师工作满意度无显著差异;在学历、教龄、园所性质、幼儿园工作时间和幼儿园类型上,存在显著差异;大专及以下学历的幼儿园教师工作满意度高于本科学历的幼儿教师;保健因素对激励因素有显著的正向预测作用。综上所述,幼儿教师工作满意度整体水平不高,会直接影响到其工作质量。因此,要通过多种途径提升幼儿教师的工作满意度,以提升幼儿教育的质量。
Teachers’ job satisfaction is a teacher’s subjective value judgment of their work, which depends on the difference between the actual income of teachers and their expectations. Kindergarten teacher job satisfaction not only directly affects the kindergarten teachers teaching attitude, enthusiasm and quality, but also affect the kindergarten teachers’ professional commitment and job burnout. In order to understand the present situation of job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers in Wuhan, this study investigated the job satisfaction of 189 kindergarten teachers in the city by using the Questionnaire on Job Satisfaction of Kindergarten Teachers. The results showed that: Kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction was generally at a general level, among which satisfaction with salary and salary was lower and satisfaction with working environment was higher. There was no significant difference in job satisfaction among Kindergarten teachers in gender, age and job title; The nature of kindergarten hours and kindergarten types, there are significant differences; kindergarten teachers with college education and below kindergarten teacher satisfaction is higher than undergraduate kindergarten teachers; health factors have a significant positive predictive effect on the incentive factor. In summary, the overall level of job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers is not high, will directly affect the quality of their work. Therefore, there are many ways to enhance kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction so as to enhance the quality of early childhood education.
