患者男,41岁。因阴囊部渐进增大性肿物33年余,局部红肿疼痛5日入院。患者于7岁时曾有尿石史,此后始发现在阴囊中上方有一约“黄豆”大小之肿物,未介意。30余年来每于劳累后阴囊部红肿疼痛,经休息或自用“消炎药”后病情自行好转,但局部肿物则随年龄渐进性增大。查体:阴囊部红肿著,局部触痛(+++),球海绵体部可扪及一约6×5cm大小之圆形硬肿物,表面光,局部穿刺抽出脓性液。化验:白细胞总数18500/mm~3,中性粒细胞90％,尿常规(-)入院诊断:前尿道结石合并感染。
Patient male, 41 years old. Due to the progressive enlargement of the scrotum tumor more than 33 years, local swelling and pain on the 5th hospitalization. Physical examination: scrotal swelling, local tenderness (+++), spherical cavernous body palpable with a size of about 6 × 5cm round hard tumor, the surface light, local puncture the purulent fluid. Laboratory tests: the total number of leukocytes 18500 / mm ~ 3, 90% of neutrophils, urine routine (-) Admission diagnosis: anterior urethral stones with infection.
