目的:了解鹿城区男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病病毒/性传播疾病(HIV/STD)的感染状况以及HIV/STD在该人群的流行特点,为制定有针对性的干预策略提供依据。方法:2009年-2011年对鹿城区MSM人群进行问卷调查及血清学检测。结果:2009年-2011年,分别调查MSM人群203名、403名、401名,HIV阳性率分别为3.45%、5.21%、9.23%。最近6个月与异性发生过性行为的占35.45%,安全套每次使用率为38.94%。结论:鹿城区MSM人群HIV感染状况不容乐观,与异性发生性行为的比例较高,安全套使用率较低,提示艾滋病的传播极有可能从此人群向普通人群扩散,应加大力度采取预防和干预措施。
Objective: To investigate the prevalence of HIV / STD in MSM and the prevalence of HIV / STD in this population of MSM in Lucheng District and to provide a basis for the development of targeted intervention strategies. Methods: From 2009 to 2011, questionnaires and serological tests were performed on MSM population in Lucheng District. Results: From 2009 to 2011, 203, 403 and 401 MSM population were investigated respectively. The positive rates of HIV were 3.45%, 5.21% and 9.23% respectively. In the recent 6 months, 35.45% had sex with heterosexuals and 38.94% condoms each time. CONCLUSIONS: The prevalence of HIV infection in MSM population in Lucheng District is not optimistic, with a high proportion of heterosexual sexual behaviors and low condom use rate, suggesting that it is very likely that the spread of AIDS will spread from this population to the general population. Therefore, prevention and intervention should be strengthened Measures.
