地下商业物业是现代城市整体规划建筑的重要组成部分,是为消费者提供购物、娱乐、餐饮的场所,与传统的居住型物业相比,可以给物业公司带来的收益更加可观,但是由于地下商业物业存在物业使用人群复杂、人流密集等特点,物业公司在经营和管理地下商业物业时所产生的法律风险要比住宅物业复杂得多。本文主要从地下商业物业的特点出发,分析地下商业物业管理服务中存在的法律风险,并提出风险防范建议,以供大家参考。一、地下商业物业的特点 Underground commercial property is an integral part of the overall planning and construction of modern cities.
