本文认为,社会市场经济理论及其政策是战后西德创造出“经济奇迹”的重要原因之一。文章在考察社会市场经济理论的兴起,阐述社会市场经济理论的主要内容及其政策措施的基础上,提出了社会市场经济理论及其政策对我国经济改革的启示。作者提出的国家应建立良好的经济秩序,让企业公平竞争;为企业活动提供稳定的货币,防止通货膨胀;健全税制,实现经济利益的公平;发展各类保险事业,增加劳动者的安全感等主张,在我国治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序,全面深化经济改革的过程中具有重要的意义。
This paper argues that the theory of social market economy and its policies are one of the important reasons for West Germany to create “economic miracle” in the postwar years. On the basis of reviewing the rise of social market economy theory, and expounding the main contents of social market economic theory and its policies and measures, the article puts forward the enlightenment of social market economic theory and its policy to China's economic reform. The country proposed by the author should establish a good economic order for enterprises to compete fairly, provide a stable currency for business activities and prevent inflation, improve the tax system and realize the fairness of economic interests, develop various kinds of insurance businesses and increase workers' sense of security It is of great significance in our country to govern the economic environment, rectify the economic order and deepen economic reform in an all-round way.
