为观察洁尔阴、替硝唑对阴道毛滴虫作用的超微结构变化,探讨作用机制,将虫体分别与洁尔阴、替硝唑孵育,行光镜、透射与扫描电镜观察。结果洁尔阴5%即有杀灭作用;作用5min,虫体胞膜破损,细胞器破坏。替硝唑10μg/ml有杀虫作用,除大部分虫体死亡外,细胞内部变化为粗面内质网与核膜上多核糖体脱离、膜破坏,池内隔离和自噬泡多见。提示洁尔阴首先破坏细胞膜;替硝唑抑制蛋白合成与细胞分裂,产生致死性损伤。
To observe the ultrastructure changes of Trilogyrospinal and Triconix on Trichomonas vaginalis and to explore the mechanism of action, the larvae were incubated with Jieorin and Tinidazole respectively, and observed with light microscope, transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. Results Jieeryin 5% that is killing effect; role 5min, parasitic membrane damage, organelles damage. Tinidazole 10μg / ml insecticidal effect, in addition to most of the death of worms, the internal changes in the cell endoplasmic reticulum and the nuclear membrane polysome detachment, membrane destruction, isolation and autophagic tank more common. Tip Jieeryin first destroy the cell membrane; tinidazole inhibition of protein synthesis and cell division, resulting in fatal injury.
