在保证爆破质量、爆破快度及降低施工成本的前提下,探讨了垂直深孔中部间隔装药控制爆破技术在露天灰岩采石场的应用。在金沙江向家坝水电站太平料场灰岩采矿工程中,采用深孔中部间隔装药优化设计,现场试验后,取得了爆堆形状规整、爆渣块度满足要求,炸药消耗降低5.72%、采矿成本降低6.36%的理想效果。
On the premise of guaranteeing blasting quality, blasting fastness and reducing construction cost, the application of controlled blasting technique with vertical charge at middle deep interval in opencast limestone quarry was discussed. In the Jinshajiang Xiangjiba hydropower station Taiping yard limestone mining engineering, the use of deep hole center interval charge optimization design, field test, obtained blasting heap shape regularity, slag block to meet the requirements, the explosive consumption decreased 5.72% The ideal result of a 6.36% reduction in mining costs.
