目的:研究缺氧对大鼠大脑皮层神经元NMDA受体通道的影响。方法:细胞贴附膜片箝记录法。结果:缺氧除显著增加35pS和100pSNMDA受体通道的开放概率外,记录到一种电导达258pS的NMDA受体通道亚型开放.该通道至少有3种开放状态:长时间开放、短暂开放、长时间和短暂开放在同一膜片上出现。通道在整个记录过程中开放概率较低。结论:缺氧可诱导大鼠大脑皮层神经元出现一大电导NMDA受体通道开放,它可能在缺氧病理过程中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hypoxia on NMDA receptor pathway in rat cerebral cortical neurons. Methods: Cell patch clamp recording method. RESULTS: Hypoxia, in addition to significantly increasing the open probability of 35pS and 100pSNMDA receptor channels, recorded an open NMDA receptor channel subtype with a conductivity of 258pS. The channel has at least three open states: long open, short open, long open and short open on the same diaphragm. Channels have a low probability of opening throughout the recording process. Conclusion: Hypoxia induces the opening of a large conductance NMDA receptor channel in the cerebral cortex of rats, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of hypoxia.
