为研究表层嵌贴碳纤维筋的粘结性能,对3批计36个试件的表层嵌贴碳纤维筋加固进行拉拔试验,对环氧树脂胶、环氧树脂砂浆等4种不同类型粘结剂进行对比研究,分析养护时间、粘结剂强度、开槽尺寸、碳纤维筋表面处理工艺等参数对粘结强度的影响。对拉拔试件裂缝开展、破坏形态和碳纤维筋端部滑移情况进行详细观测。试验研究结果表明:开槽尺寸、粘结剂强度、碳纤维筋表面处理工艺对加固试件粘结强度影响作用明显,养护时间影响较小可忽略;石英细砂配制的环氧树脂砂浆粘结性能良好,具有较好推广价值。
In order to study the bonding performance of carbon fiber reinforcement embedded in the surface, pull test was carried out on the surface of 36 batches of 3 batches of carbon fiber reinforcement embedded in the test specimens.
