经皮给药系统(Transderm Delivery Sys-tem.TDS)又称经皮治疗系统(TransdermalTherapeutic System.TTS)是药物以一定的速率通过皮肤、经毛细血管吸收进入体循环产生药效的一类制剂。经皮给药系统近十年来发展很快。据不完全统计美国1986-1988年的药学年会中就有200余篇有关透皮吸收的研究论文;日本1985年和1986年在东京召开了两次学术讨论会,有61篇关于经皮给药的学术论文发表;法国、英国经皮给药的研究也同样是热门领域。我国1985年以来,经皮给药系统研究发展也很快,1987-1990年各种药学刊物公开发表论文25篇。
Transderm Delivery System (TDS), also known as the Transdermal Therapeutic System (TTS), is a type of preparation in which the drug is absorbed at a certain rate through the skin and absorbed into the systemic circulation through the capillaries. Transdermal delivery systems have developed rapidly in the past decade. According to incomplete statistics, there were more than 200 research papers on transdermal absorption in the annual pharmaceutical conference of the United States from 1986 to 1988; Japan held two academic seminars in Tokyo in 1985 and 1986, and there were 61 papers on transdermal treatment. The publication of academic papers for medicines; the study of transdermal drug delivery in France and the United Kingdom is also a hot area. Since 1985, the research and development of transdermal drug delivery systems have also been rapid, and 25 publications have been published in various pharmaceutical publications from 1987 to 1990.
