目的对清解方中牡丹皮和败酱草中挥发油包合物工艺进行研究。方法以挥发油包合率、包合物收率为指标,采用正交试验法优选挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。结果最佳包合工艺条件为挥发油与β-环糊精的比例为1:9,包合温度为30℃,搅拌时间为2 h。结论用优选的包合工艺条件制备的包合物包合率及收率较高。
OBJECTIVE To study the technology of volatile oil inclusion in Moutan and Patrinia mongolicus. Methods The inclusion rate of volatile oil and inclusion compound yield were taken as indexes to optimize the preparation process of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of volatile oil by orthogonal test. Results The optimal conditions of inclusion were as follows: the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1: 9, the inclusion temperature was 30 ℃ and the stirring time was 2 h. Conclusion Inclusion compounds prepared with the preferred inclusion conditions have high inclusion rates and yields.
