为了探索煤矿采掘工人井下伤、亡的发生规律,为制定防范对策提供科学依据,我们对新河煤矿1970~1990年采掘工人井下伤、亡病例进行了调查分析。资料为新河煤矿安全监察科保存的工伤、伤亡记录档案。判定标准:工伤是指生产事故中的伤害。轻伤是指负伤后需休工一个工作日及以上,但未达到重伤程度的伤害,伤愈后继续从事原工作。重伤是指受伤后诊断为伤势危及生命或可引起行为机能障碍的伤害,伤愈后调离采掘一线。结果与分析:(1)伤亡情况:该矿21年间采掘工人平均每年发生井下轻伤465.24例,重伤6例,伤亡
In order to explore the underground coal miners injury, the law of occurrence of death, to provide a scientific basis for the development of countermeasures, we conducted a survey of underground mine workers in Xinhe coal miners from 1970 to 1990. Information for the Xinhe Coal Mine Safety Supervision Branch of work-related injuries and injuries recorded files. Criteria: Injury is the injury in a production accident. Minor injury refers to the need to rest for one working day or more after the injury but does not reach the level of serious injury and continues to engage in the original work after the injury is over. Serious injury is defined as the injury is diagnosed as a life-threatening or behavioral dysfunction after injury, and is removed from the extraction line after injury.
