用NBT光化还原法、Fenton反应法和钼酸铵显色分光光度法探讨了大野荞(Fagopyrum megaspartanium)不同器官(根、茎、叶、花和种子)水提液清除羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(·O2-)和过氧化氢(H2O2)的能力。结果表明:大野荞不同器官水提液均能清除·OH、·O2-和H2O2。清除·OH和·O2-的能力排序为:根、花>叶、种子>茎;清除H2O2的能力排序为:叶、花>根、种子、茎。
NBT photoreduction, Fenton reaction and ammonium molybdate colorimetric spectrophotometry were used to investigate the scavenging effects of aqueous extracts of different organs (roots, stems, leaves, flowers and seeds) of Fagopyrum megaspartanium (· OH ), Superoxide anion radical (· O2-) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The results showed that: Allium japonicum aqueous extracts can remove · OH, · O2- and H2O2. The ability to scavenge · OH and · O2- was ranked as: root, flower> leaf, seed> stem; ability to clear H2O2 was: leaf, flower> root, seed, stem.
