I divide bribe into two kinds: “hard bribe”, “soft bribe”. The so-called “hard bribe”, pointing to the Executive to send money, valuables, beauty and so on; the so-called “soft bribe” refers to the Executive blowing, holding, slides, shoot, lift. “Hard bribe” crime; “soft bribe” is not a crime. We now analyze only “soft bribes.” Due to the continuous deepening of anti-corruption and ethical promotion, people who engage in “hard bribery” are seeing less and less every day. But those who engage in “soft bribery” with the governor quietly exist. Who engage in “soft bribery”, the Executive “trumpet”, “lift sedan chair”, “Imam”, “every welcome.” What the Executive likes, what he said, what kind of “food” the Executive likes to eat, and he goes to the table what “food”.
