全现浇钢筋砼楼屋面板的裂缝,是目前较难克服的质量通病之一,特别是住宅工程楼板的裂缝发生后,往往会引起投诉、纠纷、以及索赔等要求。针对这一问题,笔者分别从设计中的重点加强部位、商品砼的性能改善及施工中应采取的主要技术措施三个角度阐述建筑工程中钢筋砼板裂缝的原因,并进行分析。现结合我公司十多年来大量施工实践经验和教训,以及裂缝的防治处理。
Cracks in all cast-in-place reinforced concrete roof panels are one of the common quality problems that are difficult to overcome. In particular, cracks in residential project floors often cause complaints, disputes and claims. In response to this problem, the author elaborates the reasons for the cracks in the reinforced concrete slab in the construction project from three aspects: the key strengthening points in the design, the performance improvement of the commercial concrete and the main technical measures to be taken in the construction. Now combined with my company more than a decade a large number of construction practices and lessons learned, as well as crack prevention and treatment.
