高功率双浓度掺杂的Nd···YAG复合陶瓷板条激光器

理论设计了二极管端面抽运Nd:YAG复合陶瓷板条,制作了双浓度掺杂的Nd:YAG复合陶瓷板条。当二极管总抽运功率为18.06kW时,通过双程放大提取了7.08kW的激光功率,光光转换效率高达39.2%,单程传输的退偏振约为3.2%。实验结果表明,Nd:YAG复合陶瓷板条对提高板条激光器的输出功率和减小退偏振具有显著的效果。 The design of the diode end pumped Nd: YAG composite ceramic slab, made of double-concentration doped Nd: YAG composite ceramic slats. When the total pumping power of the diode is 18.06kW, 7.08kW laser power is extracted through two-way amplification, the light conversion efficiency is as high as 39.2% and the depolarization of one-way transmission is about 3.2%. The experimental results show that the Nd: YAG composite ceramic slab has a significant effect on increasing the output power of the slab laser and reducing the depolarization.
