QT60塔式起重机的臂架为钢管焊接的矩形格架式结构。节点采用腹杆弧面切口直接与弦杆焊接的型式。为减少焊接变形,保证构件质量,要求腹杆与弦杆相贯处紧密贴合。腹杆弧面切口的加工是关键问题。现以腹杆20~#零件(图1)为例,介绍切口的加工方法。该件的加工要求是: 1.端头角度α=79°,β-72°必须保证; 2.长度尺寸l=1228毫米要卡准; 3.两端的弧面切口不得扭错。在样机试制中,我们利用现有条件,采用成形铣削的方法,在X52K立式铣床上进行加工。图2为加工腹杆弧面切口的示意图。
The boom of the QT60 tower crane is a rectangular grid structure welded with steel pipes. The node adopts the pattern of arcuate incisions directly welded to the chords. In order to reduce the welding deformation and ensure the quality of the components, it is required that the webbing and the chords are in close contact with each other. Abdominal arc cutting is a key issue. Now take the abdominal rod 20~# parts (Figure 1) as an example to introduce the processing method of the incision. The processing requirements for this part are: 1. End angle α=79°, β-72° must be guaranteed; 2. Longitudinal dimension l=1228 mm must be aligned; 3. Both sides of the arc surface incision must not be twisted. In the prototyping of prototypes, we used existing methods to perform machining on the X52K vertical milling machine using the method of forming and milling. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of processing a radial arc incision.
