目的 探讨肾损伤出血行超选择性肾动脉栓塞术的应用价值。方法 运用超选择性肾动脉栓塞术 ,治疗 14例肾损伤出血 ,其中肾外伤 10例 ,医源性肾损伤 4例。栓塞材料选用明胶海绵颗粒和带纤毛弹簧圈。结果 全部病例肾出血于栓塞后随即完全停止 ,随访 6个月～ 10年 ,无肾出血复发 ,患肾未栓塞部分保留了功能。结论 提示超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾损伤出血安全、有效 ,可避免肾切除术。
Objective To investigate the value of super selective renal artery embolization in renal injury hemorrhage. Methods The use of superselective renal artery embolization in the treatment of renal injury in 14 cases of bleeding, including renal trauma in 10 cases, iatrogenic renal injury in 4 cases. Embolization material selection gelatin sponge particles and ciliated coil. Results All cases of renal hemorrhage immediately stopped immediately after embolization, followed up for 6 months to 10 years, no recurrence of renal bleeding, partial embolization of the kidney retained the function. Conclusions Superselective renal artery embolization in the treatment of renal injury bleeding is safe and effective, to avoid nephrectomy.
