随着改革开放的深入发展,越来越多的中国企业在政府“走出去”战略思想的鼓励下,走出国门,面向世界,进行海外投资。但是,在中国企业的国际化发展进程中,文化障碍是影响中国企业海外投资失败的重要因素之一。本文就在分析中国企业“走出去”动因的基础上,总结跨文化冲突对中国企业国际化发展的影响,并提出中国企业在国际化进程中构建跨文化管理模式的相关建议。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, more and more Chinese enterprises, encouraged by the government’s “going out” strategy, have gone abroad and are now facing the world and making overseas investments. However, in the course of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises, cultural barriers are one of the important factors that affect the failure of overseas investment by Chinese enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the motivation of Chinese enterprises to “go global”, this article summarizes the impact of cross-cultural conflicts on the internationalization of Chinese enterprises and puts forward some suggestions on how Chinese enterprises should build cross-cultural management models in the process of internationalization.
