采用微机辅助微分热分析法,记录分析了Al-10%Sr变质剂处理铝硅合金的冷却曲线及其微分曲线,并确定了变质效果与冷却曲线特征值之间的关系。结果表明:根据未变质合金与变质合金共晶温度之差,一次微分曲线共晶阶段结束峰值,共晶生长时间可快速、准确地预测铝硅合金的变质效果。
The microcomputer-assisted differential thermal analysis method was used to record and analyze the cooling curve and differential curve of Al-10% Sr modifier for aluminum-silicon alloy. The relationship between the metamorphic effect and the characteristic value of cooling curve was confirmed. The results show that according to the difference of eutectic temperature between unmodified alloy and metamorphic alloy, the peak of eutectic phase and the eutectic growth time of first derivative curve can predict the metamorphism of Al - Si alloy quickly and accurately.
