一、前言北京某厂长期使用有毒性的K_2Cr_2O_7作为碳钢、铝(LD10)和不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)几种材质设备的缓蚀剂,对环境污染和工人劳动保护均急待改进。从腐蚀率的测试研究与实际应用的情况表明,多元醇磷酸酯缓蚀剂在腐蚀性水介质中,对碳钢具有良好的缓蚀效果。因此,用无毒性的多元醇磷酸酯代替K_2Cr_2O_7缓蚀剂有其很大的实际意义。为此,研究用失重法对比测定了多元醇磷酸酯与K_2Cr_2O_7的缓蚀效果;用电化学方法-极化曲线法对比测定了多元醇磷酸酯与K_2Cr_2O_7对碳钢、铝、不锈钢在水质中缓蚀作用的电化学行为,取得了满意的结果。
I. INTRODUCTION The long-term use of toxic K 2 Cr 2 O 7 in a factory in Beijing as corrosion inhibitor for several materials and equipment of carbon steel, aluminum (LD10) and stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) urgently needs improvement on environmental pollution and worker’s labor protection. From the corrosion rate test research and practical application of the situation shows that the polyol phosphate corrosion inhibitor in a corrosive aqueous medium, carbon steel has a good corrosion inhibition. Therefore, non-toxic polyols phosphate instead of K_2Cr_2O_7 corrosion inhibitor has great practical significance. Therefore, the inhibition effect of polyols and K_2Cr_2O_7 was determined by weight loss method. The electrochemical methods and polarization curves were used to compare the inhibition effect of polyols and K_2Cr_2O_7 on carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel Electrochemical behavior of corrosion, and achieved satisfactory results.
