我們在福鼎县党委正确頷导下,大胆寻求并采用了非粪检法診断鈎虫感染,作出了一些成績。現将我们在福鼎及福安各地所进行检查一三五九例的資料初步总結报告如下。方法介紹 我們所采用的非粪检法主要是口斑診断法和抗原皮内試驗法两种。一、口斑診断法:此法系发揮中医望診經驗,卽在人体的口頰粘膜面上覌察有无持殊的斑点分布,而判断其是否感染鈎虫病。根据口斑的颜色、形状、大小等不同程度,大体可分为三度: 第一度:粘膜斑点小而少,約如針头大,多数只有一至三点,其颜色蒼白或带灰如同脸結膜下“結
