自加入WTO以来我国进入了高速发展的快车道,人们物质生活水平得到了极大的提升,呈现出欣欣向荣的发展局面。但是,纵观国际发展局势,现阶段面对来自日本、美国等国家的武力威胁仍然存在,我们应该更加积极主动地进行防御准备,基于此合理设计人防结构就受到了社会各界的广泛关注。在这里所说的人防工程,主要是针对城市发展中新建和改建工程所涉及的设计内容。随着国家和政府对人防工程重视度的提升,促进人防工程健康、合理、有序的发展,将成为整个建设设计工作中重要的组成部分。 Since our accession to the WTO, our country has entered a fast lane of rapid development. However, looking at the international development situation, at this stage, we still face the threat of armed forces from Japan, the United States and other countries. The civil air defense project mentioned here is mainly aimed at the design contents involved in the construction and renovation of urban development.
