【目的】研究天然河流野生欧鲇的采捕、短运及就地暂养技术,为欧鲇未来的引种移植、驯养繁育、种质资源保护及规模化开发利用提供科学数据。【方法】采用不同捕鱼工具(渔网、鱼钩)对天然河流野生欧鲇进行采捕试验,利用不同交通工具(微型车、摩托车)和装鱼工具(帆布水箱、铁制水箱、塑料布袋)将捕获的欧鲇短运于微型水泥池和土池就地暂养,统计成活率。【结果】采捕欧鲇原种共95尾,体长、体重规格分别在30.0~90.0 cm和200~7 000 g;其中被短距运输试验的欧鲇数量共93尾,短运成活率为98.9%,被就地暂养的共92尾,暂养成活率为72.8%。【结论】筛选的方法(用地笼网捕欧鲇和用微型车与帆布水箱、摩托车与塑料袋短运欧鲇、用小型土池暂养欧鲇等)较好获得对人造土池开始产生适应能力的欧鲇原种共67尾。
