研究了在大规模风、光、火电联合外送体系下的协调调度及利润分配问题。基于传统的机组组合优化模型,以利润最大化为目标构建以火电机组为辅助调峰单位,提高风电、光电外送效率及稳定度的动态协调调度模型。分析对比了各电场独立运行、两方联合运行及三方联合运行时的输电线路综合利用及收益情况。基于核仁理论提出三方联合运行时的利润分配方法,该方法根据各方在联合收益中的贡献度合理分配各方利益。文中的算例仿真及利润分配方法均由专业优化软件LINGO 15编程实现,仿真结果证明了所提调度模型与利润分配方法的优越性与可行性。
The coordination scheduling and profit distribution under large-scale wind, light and thermal power combined delivery system are studied. Based on the traditional unit optimization model, a dynamic coordination scheduling model is proposed to maximize the profit by using the thermal power unit as the auxiliary peak regulation unit and improving the efficiency of wind power and optoelectronics. Analysis and comparison of the comprehensive utilization of the power transmission lines and their revenue when the electric fields operate independently, the joint operation of the two parties and the joint operation of the three parties are analyzed and compared. Based on the theory of nucleolus, this paper puts forward the method of profit distribution in the process of tripartite joint operation. This method distributes the interests of all parties rationally according to the contributions of all parties in the joint benefits. The example simulation and profit distribution in this paper are all programmed by professional optimization software LINGO 15. The simulation results show the superiority and feasibility of the proposed scheduling model and profit distribution method.
