采用职业卫生现场调查及检测分析法识别氯唑青霉素钠生产线职业病危害因素,评价其控制效果及技术措施的可行性。结果显示,该生产线尘毒检测合格率达98.0%以上,噪声监测均合格。可以认为,实现自动化、机械化生产,密闭有害物逸散点,加强局部通风排毒,注重密闭空间通排风合理性是制药企业职业病危害控制的主要技术措施。
Using occupational health field investigation and testing analysis method to identify occupational hazards of the penicillin sodium production line, evaluate its control effect and the feasibility of technical measures. The results show that the production line dust detection pass rate of 98.0% or more, noise monitoring were qualified. It can be considered that it is the main technical measure to control occupational hazards of pharmaceutical enterprises by realizing the automatic and mechanized production, the escape points of confined harmful substances, the strengthening of local ventilation and detoxification, and the emphasis on the rationality of ventilation in confined space.
