射频导管消融术(RFCA)是治疗房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)及房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)的一种安全有效方法;经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术(PBMV)是治疗二尖瓣狭窄的创伤性手术之一。作者测定了RFCA和PBMV术患者各30例术前、术后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)值,旨在了解和比较两种手术对心脏的急性期损伤。 1 对象 30例RFCA术患者中男14例,女16例,平均年龄42.8±17.6岁、AVNRT11例,AVRT19例(左侧旁道15例,右侧4例)。30例PBMV术患者中男9例,女21例,年龄44.1±13.8岁,术前心功能分级(NYHA):Ⅰ级3例,Ⅱ级18例,Ⅲ级9例。
Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation (RFCA) is a safe and effective method for the treatment of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia (AVRT) and atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT). Percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV) It is one of the traumatic surgery for mitral stenosis. The authors determined the preoperative and postoperative superoxide dismutase (SOD) values in 30 patients with RFCA and PBMV to understand and compare the acute phase injury of both procedures. 1 Subjects 30 patients RFCA patients, 14 males and 16 females, mean age 42.8 ± 17.6 years, AVNRT in 11 cases, AVRT in 19 cases (left side of the bypass in 15 cases, right in 4 cases). Among 30 patients with PBMV, 9 were males and 21 were females with a mean age of 44.1 ± 13.8 years. Preoperative cardiac function classification (NYHA) was 3 in grade Ⅰ, 18 in grade Ⅱ and 9 in grade Ⅲ.
