大剂量异烟肼可引起急性中毒,国内扬天楹首次报告一例(总量4.4克,80mg/公0斤体重)。但异烟肼中毒引起癫痫样发作,持续性昏迷者较少见,就笔者所能查及的资料仅10例左右。我院于82年8月曾收治一例异烟肼急性中毒,现报告如下:病例介绍:姓名高××,女,27岁,住院号23943,患者因误服异烟肼100片(共10克)40分钟后出现四肢强直性抽搐,意识丧失于82年8月11日急症入院。
High-dose isoniazid can cause acute poisoning, the first report of a case of Yang Tianqi (total 4.4 grams, 80mg / kg 0 kg body weight). But isoniazid poisoning caused by epileptic seizures, persistent coma are rare, the author can check the information only about 10 cases.
