本文采用调查问卷、数理统计、文献资料和专家访问等方法,对中长跑的技术与训练理论进行总结论述,包括:“速度训练为核心”的训练指导思想,建立“多课次”的训练结构,科学安排负荷量和强度,“速度节奏化”理念,“以短促长,以长补短,长短互补,全面发展”的训练观念,“三氧”综合训练法,高原训练法,全面的身体素质训练等,从而为中长跑运动员训练提供一些理论依据。
This paper summarizes the techniques and training theories of middle and long distance runners by means of questionnaires, mathematical statistics, literature and expert interviews, including the training guideline of “speed training as the core”, the establishment of “multi-class times ”Training structure, the scientific arrangement of load and strength, “ speed rhythm ”concept, “ short, long, short, short complementary, all-round development ”training concept, " Training method, plateau training method and overall physical quality training, so as to provide some theoretical basis for long-distance runners training.
