用电阻式输液微粒计数器对本市四所医院制剂室生产的40瓶输液进行微粒检测,结果为每ml中含大于10μm的微粒超过20粒的有4瓶,占10%;每ml中含大于25μm的微粒超过2粒的有22瓶,占55%。每ml中含大于10μm的微粒超过20粒的4瓶中大于25μm、微粒2粒。检品中微粒的数量超过药典标准的占55%。这提示输液微粒检测质控工作急待抓紧。
40 bottles of transfusion produced by four hospital pharmacies in the city were tested for particle size with a resistive infusion particle counter.
