目的研究胰腺癌治疗靶标,为寻找新的治疗方法和药物提供参考。方法使用Medline、维普和万方资源系统检索胰腺癌治疗的分子靶标并进行综述。结论新靶标的发现为胰腺癌的治疗提供了方向和希望。
Objective To study the therapeutic target of pancreatic cancer and provide reference for finding new treatment methods and drugs. Methods The molecular targets for the treatment of pancreatic cancer were retrieved using Medline, VIP and Wanfang Resource Systems and reviewed. Conclusion The discovery of new target provides the direction and hope for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
