乌发乐是以对苯二胺[C6H4(NH_2)_2]为主要成分的头发染黑剂,为了对其使用的安全性评价提供资料,我们进行了豚鼠皮肤刺激病理观察。 乌发乐由常州某药厂提供,批号890424。白化豚鼠由中国医学科学院皮肤病研究所提供。实验方法按“化妆品安全性评价方法”GB7919-87进行。
