随着税务系统大规模的信息化建设,IT的运行维护工作日渐重要。本文分析了目前税务系统信息化管理方面的现状和存在的主要问题,探讨了基于ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library信息技术基础架构库)的IT服务管理在税务系统实施的必要性。 With the massive tax information system construction, IT operation and maintenance work is increasingly important. This paper analyzes the status quo of the current tax information management system and the main problems, and discusses the necessity of IT service management based on ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) in tax system implementation.
