1961年Brown报告的Brown氏法作为结肠检查前的准备方法以来,一直被作为一种标准方法,但其方法较麻烦,且效果并不十分理想。1980年Daris等创用一种新的清洁肠管溶液——聚乙二醇电解质灌洗液(polyethylene glycol-electrolyte Lavage solution,缩写为PEG-ELS),此种灌洗液大量服用后在肠管不被吸收,且不会刺激肠液的分泌而影响体液的平衡。本文就PEG-ELS用于结肠内窥镜检查前准备之效果作一报告,并以检查当日服用法、检查前一日服用法及Brown氏法进行比较评价。
Brown’s Brown Report 1961 has been used as a standard method for pre-colon preparation, but its method is cumbersome and the results are not very satisfactory. In 1980, Daris et al. Created a new type of clean bowel solution, polyethylene glycol-electrolyte Lavage solution (abbreviated as PEG-ELS). In this paper, PEG-ELS for colon endoscopy prepared to report a report on the effect of taking the same day to take the test, check the method of taking the previous day and Brown’s comparative evaluation.
