人类社会演进过程中,生产和分配与人的发展密切相关。当代中国现代化建设中,财富生产和分配与风险生产和分配历时性问题共时性呈现,对促进中国人的全面发展提出巨大挑战。为此,必须树立和谐发展理念,坚持分配正义原则,建立合理分配制度,完善社会保障机制,为人的全面发展奠定坚实基础。
In the process of human society’s evolution, production and distribution are closely related to the development of human beings. In contemporary China’s modernization drive, the issue of the production and distribution of wealth and the diachronic nature of risky production and distribution are presented at the same time and pose great challenges to the all-round development of the Chinese people. To this end, we must establish the concept of harmonious development, adhere to the principle of justice in distribution, establish a rational distribution system and improve the social security mechanism, laying a solid foundation for the all-round development of man.
