高职院校中的专职行政人员乃是高校正常运作当中至关重要的一个组成部分,但在高职院校行政人员的日常工作当中,因受到社会环境以及高效管理等众多因素的影响,使得他们在这些重压下,身体与心理皆处在非常疲惫、衰竭的状态之中,这便是通常所说的职业倦怠。本文通过分析探讨这些造成行政人员重压的几大因素,来寻求出合理有效的策略来缓解高职院校行政人员的职业倦怠,其宗旨是为了帮助他们将职业倦怠的这种心理缓解减轻,从而使其可以更加积极地面对工作,发挥出自身的能动性。
