全球经济意识是马克思、恩格斯的一个重要思想。邓小平坚持马克思、恩格斯观 察 全球经济的方法论原则，概括影响全球经济发展的重大战略问题，指出“和平与发展”的时 代主题是全球经济发展的总体条件，世界市场的日益扩大是全球经济发展的外在条件，世界 新科学技术兴起是推动全球经济发展的技术条件，独立自主、自力更生是发展中国家经济发 展的内在条件。邓小平全球经济意识，对于促进当代中国经济的发展具有重要的理论意义和 实践意义。
Global economic awareness is an important thought of Marx and Engels. Deng Xiaoping insisted Marx and Engels observed the methodology of the global economy and summarized major strategic issues that affected the global economic development. He pointed out that the theme of the times of “peace and development” is the overall condition for global economic development. The growing world market is an important part of the global economic development. Under the conditions, the rise of new science and technology in the world is the technical condition for promoting global economic development. Being independent and self-reliant is the inherent condition for the economic development of developing countries. Deng Xiaoping’s global economic awareness has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the economic development of contemporary China.
