目的:建立可靠的土大黄苷检查方法。方法:对传统方法、中国药典方法检查土大黄苷进行了研究,在此基础上建立了以土大黄苷为对照的薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法检查大黄药材及饮片中土大黄苷。结果:土大黄苷薄层检查法对大黄药材及饮片的检查均适用。采用高效液相色谱法对番泻苷和土大黄苷在同一色谱条件下测定,不仅能鉴别正伪品大黄药材及饮片,还能检出掺伪土大黄的大黄药材及饮片。结论:该薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法准确可靠,可用于大黄药材及饮片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a reliable method for examining radixin. METHODS: The traditional method and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia method were used to examine the content of radicin, and on this basis, a thin layer chromatographic method and high performance liquid chromatography with rhubarb as the control was established to examine the rhubarb glycosides in Rhubarb and decoction pieces. RESULTS: The thin layer of xanthosine was applicable to the inspection of rhubarb herbs and decoction pieces. The determination of sennoside and rhubarb in the same chromatographic conditions using high performance liquid chromatography can not only identify counterfeit rhubarb medicinal herbs and decoction pieces, but also detect rhubarb medicinal herbs and decoction pieces of artificial rhubarb. Conclusion: The thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography are accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control of rhubarb medicinal herbs and decoction pieces.
