依据新规则(2013—2016)国际艺术体操评分结构的变化特点,对我国艺术体操个人项目器械技术运用特征进行深层研究与梳理,为我国艺术体操个人项目成套动作编排、训练提供理论支撑。运用文献资料、录像分析、数理统计、分析归纳等研究方法,对新规则实施后第1次全国比赛,即2013年全国艺术体操锦标赛个人全能前8名运动员的各项器械,共计32套动作进行剖析。结论:新周期规则个人项目评分结构的变化特点,重在强调器械技术的主体地位,体现了器械技术运用的多元化,突显了器械技术运用的艺术性,使难度与完成并重发展。灵活而巧妙的增加器械技术运用的数量、富有创意的均衡器械技术运用的类型、高标准零失误的完成器械技术动作是共同提升成套动作创新编排的有效路径。 According to the new rules (2013-2016), the characteristics of the international rhythmic gymnastics (Rhythmic gymnastics) scoring structure are used to deeply study and sort out the characteristics of the Rhythmic Gymnastics (Rhythmic Gymnastics) individual items. This provides theoretical support for the Routine Arrangement and Training of Rhythmic Gymnastics Individual Events in China.
