伴随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断发展,我国的煤炭建设企业的发展也加快了步伐。煤炭建设企业的发展也带动企业职工的收入水平的提升。煤炭建设企业人力资源管理部门开始重视企业薪资管理的进一步规范,并成为了企业人力资源管理工作的一个重要内容。煤炭建设企业薪资管理是企业人才力量稳定发展的核心力量,无论是吸引人才还是培养人才以及激发人才的潜能都发挥着重要的作用,更是企业管理的一个重要方式和手段。文章立足于我国煤炭建设企业薪资管理的现状,分析了煤炭建设企业薪资管理过程中出现的一些问题,并针对这些问题提出了有针对性的解决措施。
