昆明市总工会职工学校、电大分校、干部学校是一所面积不大、人员不多,三块牌子建制的学校。近几年,学校按照市总工会“夯实基础、创新特色、提升亮点、再辟新域”的要求,紧紧抓住国家“构建终身学习体系、建设学习型社会”的机遇,紧扣西部“桥头堡”和现代新昆明建设的需要,创新办学服务思路,深入进行地方工会学校办学定位的理论研究与实践探索,主动与云南开放大学、云南干部在线学院、国家数字化学习资源中心、全总工会干部在线联盟,快速向数字化工会大学校迈进,走出了一条地方工会学校办大教育,更好、更大范围服务全市工会干部百万职工的新路子。
