我們在刚開始进行抗美援朝衛国保家的思想政治教育時,只是主觀的利用了講話方式去進行宣传,讲完了问学员有那些看法和反映?結果学員有顾慮都不肯說。以后採用了多樣化的方式,進行宣傳,结果工人們才打破了顧慮,而且获得了成效,大部對目前時事有了正確的認識,有的自動的參加了軍幹学校,並有的工人帮助家属纠正了錯誤觀念,現在把我对工人进行宣传的幾種方式介绍出来作為大家的參考:
When we first started to carry out the ideological and political education of the Nobel Peace Prize-winners in the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, we used subjective ways of speaking to conduct propaganda. When we finished, we asked the trainees what they thought and reflected. As a result, the trainees refused to say they had any concerns. After adopting a diversified approach and propaganda, the result was that workers broke the concerns and achieved results. Most of the people now have a correct understanding of the current affairs and some have voluntarily participated in military schools and some workers have helped Relatives corrected their misconceptions, and now I introduce several ways in which my workers are promoted as a reference for everyone:
